BNDR LifeMatrix ("LifeMatrix", "the app") is published by BNDR LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and BNDR LLC covering your use of the app, the website, and related pages.
LifeMatrix offers a free, full-featured 7-day trial with no signup. After the trial, continued use requires a one-time lifetime license purchase or a working license code. Your license gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use LifeMatrix on your personal computers and phones. It includes all future updates to the product.
LifeMatrix is local-first: your content is stored in your browser on your phone or computer and is under your control (see the Privacy Policy). Keeping backups (Settings → Backup Data) and securing the devices you use is up to you. We cannot recover data we never had.
Important: not professional advice. The Medical and Legal sections are personal record organizers only. Nothing in LifeMatrix, including AI-generated text, is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.
AI features are optional and use an API key you supply for a third-party provider (or your own self-hosted server). Providers' terms apply to your use of their services. AI output may be wrong; review everything before relying on it or sending it to anyone.
Payments are handled by Stripe or Gumroad under their terms. LifeMatrix is sold as a one-time lifetime license, and every purchase is preceded by a free 7-day trial of the complete app - the trial is your evaluation period. All sales are final; our Refund Policy explains why, along with how billing errors and duplicate charges are corrected. License codes from payments that are later reversed or disputed are deactivated.
LifeMatrix is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNDR LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Optional features (weather via Open-Meteo, AI providers, GitHub backup, webhooks, Supabase sync, Gumroad verification) call third-party services under those services' own terms. Each is off until you configure it, and the app remains fully functional with all of them off. We are not liable for third-party availability or output.
We may update these terms; the current version always ships with the app with its date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and BNDR LLC regarding LifeMatrix, and are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BNDR LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
